Amir Ahmadi Arian - Iran: The Islamic Republic on The Brink?

Amir Ahmadi Arian is an Iranian writer and journalist. He was born in Ahvaz,  Iran in 1979  the year of the Islamic Revolution.  While living in Iran in the 2000s he was a  regular contributor to reformist newspapers.   Amir Arian’s essays have appeared in the New York Times, The Nation, The Paris Review and the New York Review of Books. He is currently an assistant professor of creative writing at Binghamton University in upstate New York. Amir Arian welcome to “In Bed with the Elephant.”
